Security Deposit: We require a £500 security deposit in addition to your booking fee. This is fully refunded upon safe return of the vehicle.
Driver criteria: Named driver or drivers must be 23 and over and must have held a UK Drivers License for a minimum of 2 years. They must have no more than 6 points on their license at the time of hire. We will take a copy of your license in our show room in order to complete insurance checks.
Insurance & Breakdown Cover: Full insurance & breakdown cover is included in the price. In the rare event of a breakdown please contact us directly for support and information on our breakdown procedures and policy.
Pets: We have pet permitting vans available, please discuss this with us at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the hirer, the following charges will be incurred:
Any credit/debit card charges are non-refundable. Customers are advised to check their own travel insurance policy in the event of cancellation by the hirer.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the company, the customer will be notified at the earliest opportunity and a full refund will be provided or alternative hire date arrangements will be made.
COVID Secure Policy: All bookings made will be eligible for a full refund if UK Government guidelines change to have a direct impact on the opening of self-contained motor homes and travel.
International Travel: We allow our vans to travel outside the UK. There is an additional charge to cover insurance and breakdown costs which can be discussed at the time of booking.
Vehicle Collection & Return Times: Collection is at 3pm and return time is at 12pm. We try to be flexible with these time arrangements and will extend these when possible.
